The content in this letter is not fully original. One or two sentences have been picked from the content I read. Interesting facts about me as a Readers. Am sure many readers can relate to this one. The world is divided into two kinds of people, READERS and everybody else. For obvious reasons you know where we are best placed. Especially for you, it's not just a habit, it's the way to be......I am sure you agree too. Now back in life, I have always loved reading. Ever since a kid read a lot of comics......Archies, Tintin, Phantom, Twinkle, Jataka tales etc.......just loved them all. Then, it was what the school library offered, Agasta Christie, Treasure Island, Famous Five....... wow. Never had waited for Friday so eagerly as then, the day to change the library book. Then was a stupid change to magazines like Photo Romance, Kiss to Mills and Boons, at a very young age.......BIGAD JAAYEGEE........ no bigad gayee hai used to be the comments from my uncle aunt and a few elders. They continued by saying...... CHA

If you find someone who makes you smile, who checks up on you often to see if you're okay, who watches out for you and wants the very best for you, don't let them go, keep them close and don't take them for granted. People like them are hard to find. And if you are lucky enough you might be surrounded by such people who love and adore you extensively. These people are your true guardian angels who are sent to help you overcome all obstacles in life or at least face them by putting on a brave face. Thankfully enough, this happiness has always been bestowed upon me. never have i felt like a lone ranger in tough situations because there has always been someone or the other who shielded me from situations which frightened the living daylights out of me. there has always been a helping hand and a shoulder to cry on to overcome any kind of guilt fuelled grief. so hold on to you guardian angels no matter what and always aim to be a ray of light in someone elses moments of looming darkness.

A CALL FROM OUR CREATOR........a visit to Sammed Shikarji. RELIGIOUS PLACES.......not my kind of visits.......too crowded.......thou they have an aroma of peace, magic, healing . But as my cousin puts the idea of going to sammed shikarji, a place where every Jain aspires to go ones in his / hers lifetime....a place where 20 of the 24 tirthankars attained nirvana......I instantly said yes.....the idea of walking 29 kms.......with a belief that PARSHWANATH BHAGWAN will be by your side give u the strength to complete the Darshan in peace and to the content. And we took off.....23 of us.....none of us in absolute perfect medical condition. Started with high on confidence because last time it was easy and this time it would be .... too , thou there was a 7 year's gap and fitness being a bit of problem.....still the belief was great that the almighty won't fail anyone of us. Started walking at 3 in the morning...... feeling proud to be ahead of the group...... feeling a lot more confidence, waiting every tim

Never thought waiting on the bus stop would be so interesting....... .......3 people waiting behind me, as if in a queue......only realising after 7-8 minutes, that I was in their way to the ATM. As I realise and step aside, I get to hear a few annoyed, familiar words of praise......to which I just flash a smile. ......then overheard this conversation between two young friends meeting after.... like an hour or so......which looked like it's been ages.......and their conversation...... mind blogging.....hilarious.loud talks, laughs, hi-fi, soft gossips, giggle, the awe emotion as they discussed the couples of their college.......OMG , reminded me of my college times or probably can relate to my teen daughters talk with her friends .......and now the funny part, what they were talking of ----- he asked her out and she was like.......now in flash back in my days there was a typical word used to express love.....the guys asks a girl......for a " RESPONSE". I have always wondered where this word came from

I am a mother to an almost 4 year old, extremely sharp and emotionally aware girl child. She was born to me after a very emotionally challenging pregnancy and a very long labour where I almost lost consciousness due to some error in treating my labour pain with adequate sensitivity. When I regained consciousness and held her for the first time, I promised her that I would never let her feel unprotected or unwanted. I don't know why my heart was promising her that but I just wanted her to know that she was the most gorgeous looking life I had seen and I would make sure no one ever made her feel otherwise. This had somewhere risen out of the constant pressure in todays time and age to look perfect, feel beautiful. As she grew up, she obviously turned out to be a gorgeous toddler, extremely happy and a flexible baby. She had, or I can say still has that shine in her eyes that make her connect with anyone. She has the personality whom everyone wants to be around. even though she has never looked like me in her fe

My this write up may cause a stir or may not be received very well with many. But I still feel the need to do this. This whole ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has divided our generation in two halves. The ones who have taken this challenge, donated/not donated the money, done it for fun. And then there are those who have refrained from taking this challenge, which is fair enough. There are also a few who are going on aggressively writing against this on social media. I am personally no one to judge anyone's actions or opinions, but I take this platform to discuss about this. The challenge takers are being criticised for wasting a bucket full of water when water actually is a limited resource and should be utilised wisely. I agree. Completely. But in this ice bucket challenge, there is literally not more than half a bucket of ice+water. If that really is a concern, one can easily use that half a bucket of water less while bathing (quite achievable I think). About people not having enough drinking water: How many of u

Most of us are so used to Whatsapp at this point that it's tough to even consider a change. My friend had been insisting I try this app called Telegram for a long time. After days of contemplation and much reluctance, I started using it a couple of days ago. I was surprised to see that there was almost no difference between the interface of Whatsapp and Telegram. The options are located at the same place, the emoticons are the same and so are most other features. So what's different? It's much faster, more secure and accessible from other devices such as your computer, ipad and even the ipod, as compared to Whatsapp! There is a secret chat option in which you are able to self-destruct chats in the time set by you such as 10 seconds, after which your chat is destroyed from both devices. This application lets you exchange documents as well and encrypts every single conversation (even the non-secret ones) making it almost impossible to hack. I believe the number of participants you can broadcast to at a time is

I am living in a fairy land with you my baby, where all i can experience is joy and love my honey. You have brought me out of the "stressed" world, Every moment with you is a celebration of life. You teach me new ways to rejoice, Even a small walk or a cooing from you deserves "oh ! nice". The day starts with big smiles, Admiring the beautiful sun and waving to bright skies. Having my morning tea with delight, I see you enjoy every small tiny sip and bite . Throughout the day a small shadow keeps following me, Its my little boy who is constantly on move to be by my side. Never before i felt so responsible and loved for, And you opened the doors to a whole new positive world for me ajar. Bathing is a ritual for you, celebrating with the bubbles, The tub is the place for more laughter and giggles, While Getting dressed we play peek-a-boo, Once ready the mirror must say "How cute you look today too", Time to say our prayers and bow to god, Dedicatedly folding hands you bow to the almightly, G

Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Stumble and fall because most of the time, the greatest rewards come from doing things that scare you the most. It's ok to put some things at stake just for the sake of trying to accomplish something, who knows, it might be a blessing in disguise. On the road towards success there has to be a collateral damage, don't be afraid of it because only after a hurricane, comes a rainbow. Maybe you'll get everything you ever wished. Maybe you'll be rewarded with more than what you could ever imagine to get. Sure, life is one hell of a rocky road. Who knows where it will take you! Just enjoy the ride cause even if the road is long and in the end the journey is indeed the destination.

worker bees cannot leave. sounds also mean nothing. kings will not reign forever. stones turn to dust.   black sheeps of clouds. a monolithe; a giant fireball. whose expense has mattered anyway? shadows still fall on earth. bleeding from the same old wounds. shaken but not taken. same old identity. a lost and a new-found perspective. grim spaces lost in tears. colorless room leading to stairs. watery eyes staring at the vivid light. life loses its meaning. stillatory umbraes formed around shadows. until the light seizes to exist. what once was is lost. darkened; all has become. cruelty finds its ways through heart. rationalizing brain doesn't understand an emotion. just another chemical reaction. leaving scars in the hearts of thousands. the ones who came had to leave. A closed and bounded interval. the bride has left the altar too.   the world is too big to comprehend. an identity is as abstract as the universe it creates around itself. nothing but a

Sometimes we live in a bubble and surround ourselves with things that become unnecessarily important for us. We don't really need these things for survival but we put a lot of our life into them. This is exactly what had happened to me. I was lucky enough to be able to live in a lovely house in a plush locality of a city, which is otherwise known to be brutal to most who come here with dreams. I had more than required resources to spare which pushed me deeper into the bubble where it became a habit to be the centre of attention wherever I went. Mostly for what I wore and how I wore it. This was feeding my ego. Obviously I must thank my provider for it as not everyone gets these extra, extra resources. But I think I was losing myself deeper into this bubble. To rewind a little bit from my bubble state, I grew up in a very different atmosphere. It was far from the Glitz and the glamour I was getting myself used to. That does not mean that I studied under the lamp post or had to walk miles to get to school. Nor

Don't resist the spontaneous and natural changes in life. It will only create sorrow. Let reality be reality. Make the most out of this life because this is the only chance you've got and apparently, change is indeed the most inevitable out of all the other phenomena's of life. Most of the times, you won't be able to steer clean from the turning points in life which end up taking you to an all new hurricane of dilemmas. Instead, you can brace yourself and go with the flow. The goal is to shield yourself and move towards your own betterment in the due course of life and the various different changes that it has to offer. Reality can sometimes shock you in ways that you might not be able to comprehend immediately. Take your time, embrace the change, but just don't give up what you're doing or throw it all away. Always be sure to put up a brave fight. Just don't loose yourself in the process.
