I recently read a line about this Japanese art form "Kintsugi"- When the Japanese mend broken objects, they aggrandize the object by filling the cracks with gold. They believe that when something has suffered damage and has a history, it becomes more beautiful.
Fill your cracks buddy, with the gold dust of experience you have earned.
