A homeopathic physician, lifestyle & wellness coach, relationship counsellor, holistic healer and the Director of Prakash Holistic Health Care Centre (PHCC), Dr. Nidhi Agarwal has always been a hero on personal and professional fronts. She encourages a Holistic approach to propagate medicine free lifestyle in a world that depends completely on medicines, steroids and quick reliefs. She has been promoting a way of cure with a holistic approach and with simple lifestyle changes and less dependency on medicines to over 50,000 patients currently.

In order to fight against the battle of COVID-19 not only physically but also mentally, Dr. Agarwal has been working effortlessly on several projects such as the “Me to We 2034” where she does weekly sessions for creating mental health awareness, the “Tu Chal Puda Tula Ra satarkar bhiti kashachi” sessions for prevention of lifestyle disorders and boosting immune on a regular basis, and over 15  parenting sessions for parents explaining immunity for kids, along with the “Wondermomz forum” weekly sessions for women on physical and mental health during COVID-19.

To add to this, Dr. Nidhi Agarwal holds the GUINESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORD for awareness campaigns about menstruation in the year of 2019 and has also been awarded several times for her endless efforts to serve the society and to make it a better place for everyone to live in. Dr. Agarwal also voluntarily offers her services to many NGOs and is an active member of Ficci Flo and has been a part of the VNRA (Vimannagar Residential Association) where she conducted free medical camps for Senior citizens and residents in the area. Recently, Dr. Agarwal went live with Ficci Flo and VNMC on Facebook to speak on prevention of lifestyle disorders, immunity boosting and for creating awareness about health and hygiene during COVID-19, respectively

On 8th of May, Mrs Pooja Manish Anand, Corporator Khadki Cantonment Board,  distributed homeopathic medicines sent by Mr.Rajiv Bajaj to the Commissioner of Pune for our front line workers and Dr. Nidhi Agarwal was invited to explain its importance during the pandemic and about the dosage as well as the guidelines for consuming the medicines. Dr. Agarwal also gave out tips and home remedies on boosting immunity levels on a daily basis.

With an approach of going online and doing other such activities, Dr. Nidhi has been successfully guiding more than 10,000 people during the Lockdown and is still trying to create more awareness amongst all. She has also provided more than 500 immunity booster bottles for kids and over 1,500 bottles for adults at her health care centre and is currently taking online sessions for many organisations and individuals to explain kitchen remedies for boosting immunity levels.
