Toss up a quick salad for your lunch! Ingredients: Iceberg Lettuce, Red Green & Yellow Peppers, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Sprouts, Tofu, white Vinegar, salt, Honey, Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes. Procedure: Separate the Lettuce and chop it (not too fine), chop the three coloured peppers and cucumber into cubes. Chop the cherry tomatoes in two halves. Boil the mixed sprouts (not too soft), dice the tofu. For the dressing: Mix one table spoon honey with a table spoon of Vinegar, add some salt to taste, sprinkle some mixed hers and chilli flakes. Mix the dressing properly. In a big salad bowl toss all the vegetables with the sprouts and the tofu and add the dressing to the salad just before serving. Enjoy this crunchy, healthy, full of protein and refreshing salad anywhere, anytime.
