Chapter 14
Flashback:
Brahma, Niraj, Ashok and Malik are seen inside the Cave as they inspect it, and when Ashok sees the cave pieces and touches them and gets attracted and pulls some of it and the storm begins. Malik and Brahma are saved due to the stampede, as they get out, Niraj tries to save Ashok, he gets trapped and….
Sanju’s plane with others land in USA as they arrive in Washington DC.
They arrive at a hotel as they calm themselves for a while, Rahul says, “Is it always this cold here?”
Pratap says, “Not much, you should see the heat.”
Sanju says, “Rest guys, tomorrow we head to Pratap’s lab.”
The Sand Demons Chariot moves ahead in the snow, as the sand demon’s army are seen behind marching, and they see a lake body, the person opens his eyes and freezes the lake and they move ahead, Pratap suddenly wakes up with a massive headache and his nose bleeds badly and he falls off.
He is taken to a hospital, and his blood pressure increases, Bala waits with him as Pratap’s uncle, Yash Shirke arrives and sees this.
Yash says, “HOW?”
Sanju says, “The Jwala Vayu storm has been affecting us people using a physic attack, it shows our past memories of our people, family and close ones. Pratap’s dad was alive that time and so he gets affected more.”
Yash says, “Something there is more to it!”
Rahul says, “You know something??”
Yash gets them outside and says, “Malik and Brahma got saved, Brahma tried his best to save Ashok that time, he gave a statement which I got to know, Pratap was one, I never told anyone this. They got back to India when they recovered and during the storms, they both die.”
Sanju says, “The way the storm attacked Malik, like it was punishing him.”
They remember that day and Rahul says, “It showed no mercy.”
Pratap wakes up and says, “It is coming here.”
Everyone is shocked, Pratap cleans his nose and says, “I saw my father, I felt him, it was real, he was warning me that he is coming. They are coming!!!”
They reach the lab and Venkat and the team scans the Satellites and says, “LOOK!!”
They see the army and between them in a dome shaped boss inside and he arrives near Canada now. Venkat says, “They have a huge army!”
The General informs the President and he says, “Launch missiles!”
The USA Army attacks them with long range missiles and Sand Demons absorbs them and some die but regroup march ahead. General says, “Another round!”
More missiles are fired, Sand Demons eyes blink and they fire their own missiles and destroy them and Venkat says, “They are learning! Stop the attack!”
General says, “What about nuclear?”
Rahul says, “No other option, so nuclear, huh??”
Venkat says, “They are adapting to our attacks, they haven’t adopted to our fire attacks yet. They are monsters made of ice. They will come; we need to stop them here.”
One of the experts says, “In two days they would reach NEW YORK!”
Sanju says, “One thing is good, they are coming here, we have two days.”
President then orders for a total lockdown in New York and nearby cities as the Jwala Vayu Boss and the Demons army arrives, Sanju and others help the USA Army as they set weapons, and explosives. They explore the new suits and Rahul says, “I hope we don’t have to use the fail-safe!”
Sanju says, “I hope so too!”
Sanju wears the Suit and tries to adjust and Pratap says, “How is it?”
Sanju says, “Now I know how Tony felt in a HULKBUSTER!!!”
Pratap smirks and says, “Rahul, any comments, sarcasm is most welcome!!!”
Rahul says, “GREAT SUIT!”
Bala says, “Straightforward! Nice!”
They all set up their Suits and get ready as they track the Jwala Vayu boss, people get in bunkers and safety sites, Kiara and Mona in India are seen praying as they get to know the news of the war to happen, Kiara is seen with the kids and Mona chants her prayers with others.
Two days later,
The once-mighty skyline of New York was now a graveyard of ice and sand. Skyscrapers stood frozen, their glass shattered by relentless winds. The streets, once filled with life, were buried under thick layers of frost.
Sanju adjusted the new combat suit, its reinforced plating gleaming under the pale, dying light. His heads-up display flickered, scanning the battlefield.
Rahul cracked his knuckles. “Feels like we’re walking into a goddamn grave.”
Pratap exhaled, gripping his weapon. “Because we are.”
The wind howled, and for a brief moment, everything was still. Then, a low, guttural rumble echoed across the city.
Stomping of the demons arrive, an icy breeze gets in New York, some building turn to ice and some homeless turn to ice as well, and they break off. The demons roar and its heard in the whole City, and three Suits land with Sanju, Rahul and Pratap inside land in front of them. Tanks and more mini suits with USA Army, Bala and others are present at a distance.
Sanju’s suit picked up the tremors first. “They’re coming.”
A moment later, the earth shook violently. Ice fractured beneath their feet, and in the distance, dark figures began emerging from the storm.
Rahul says, “Man, it is freezing outside, minus 10.”
Pratap says, “Don’t stay in one place, when the fight begins, move across the city.”
Sanju says, “Who is inside that?”
The demons separate and the dome happens to stare at the Suits, and says, “HMM!!”
It opens and blows an icy air and Rahul says, “I felt that!”
Pratap says, “DAD?”
The JWALA VAYU BOSS steps out with a staff in hand and looks and says, “HUMANS!”
A massive ice chariot, jagged and spectral, rolled through the storm, pulled by towering Sand Demons fused with frost. At its helm stood a tall, hooded figure, his frozen visage eerily human yet impossibly ancient. In his grip, a staff of ice and gold pulsed with an unnatural glow.
Rahul says, “FUCK!!! Its NIRAJ, NIRAJ SINGH!”
Pratap says, “Why I am getting dad related energy from him?”
Niraj says, “25 years later, I was trapped in that ice storm and then I was realized and I was free!”
Sanju says, “Free, you killed millions!”
Niraj says, “A small cost for my own preservation!”
Sanju says, “What do you want?”
Niraj says, “Survival in this new world, I know I needed a body and a brain, now I have, but I took a lot of time and now, I am here.”
Venkat says, “Body, brain! Wait!”
Pratap says, “Do you know my dad?”
Niraj says, “When I found a body, I needed a mind, I found another human and seek his mind, which had thoughts of another person, I blocked them and moved ahead and took it!”
Pratap says, “DAD, he took my dad’s brain!”
Sanju says, “I think, the Jwala Vayu is an alien and it needed a body and it used Niraj’s body and Ashok’s brain to get along, he could not move or get all his energy and therefore, 25 years of rest he had, once done, he came up!”
Niraj says, “You are right! Now I rule this world.”
Pratap takes a step back and as he sees still memories of his father in his mind which terrorize him, and says, “I cannot!” and he flies off and reaches abandoned building and stays shocking Sanju and Rahul. Rahul says, “Now what?”
Sanju says, “Now, we fight them!”
