#KalamequalityEQUALITY, easier said than practised. Equality needn't always be confined to treating the men and women equally, it can also be about treating your mother and Mother in law or Your daughter and daughter in law equally as well. But nowadays it's more about "women power",  "My choice" !! But how many women actually have the courage to say, "My life, My choice?” CHOICE, do we really have one? Right from the day that a girl is born, she is moulded to fit the perfect category. Who says ISI marking is only for products and services? It's not mentioned in the matrimonial ads, but that's what is expected from a bride to be! A girl or a boy, everyone has a dream to follow, a goal to achieve, a passion to fulfill…. Don't they deserve an equal chance to achieve it? As parents of a boy, you feel a sense of pride and achievement in seeing your son achieve in life what he wanted to. Give the same chance to your daughter in law, so that her parents can share the same feelings. For me, Femi

#kalamblah Black and Lovely. "Black is beautiful" ain't it? Ofcourse!! Black is beautiful and regal but only when associated with attires, accessories or showpieces. The beauty of a newborn is often described as "oh ,the baby is beautiful and soooo fair" or "the baby has sharp features but the complexion is little dusky." Really?? I wonder why are we so obsessed with fairness.  The market is flooded with fairness creams and lotions. It's difficult to find a moisturizer or face cream sans whitening agent. The success rate in career, or level of confidence at the work place is directly proportional to your skin colour. The fairer you are the most successful you are! For

A SMILE reflects Sweet Moments In Life to Enjoy! Smile is one of the few things which is good inspite of being infectious. A smiling face can conquer hearts in a second. People who go for morning walks exchange smiles with passing by strangers , and slowly that gesture develops a bond of friendship.  It was a lazy Sunday afternoon when me and my son were enjoying a good movie on television. Suddenly, we heard a voice coming from the direction ofour gate. There was a small boy of about 12 to 13 years standing at our gate. He was sweating profusely and looked quite tired. He asked me for water. After drinking water, he asked me if I could assign him a job like washing car or watering the plants. Being totally against child labour , I declined his offer. But he persuaded me to give him some sort of work as he wanted to earn some money to buy books. I offered him some amount so as to help him, but he said he wanted to earn the money himself. I was totally impressed with his honesty and his vigour to earn
